Some guests have mentioned that the frequency of reservations can lead to a wait during busy evenings, particularly on weekends when the crowds are at their peak. Though the food quality is consistently high, a few diners have reported that certain takeout options were not as hot upon delivery as they had hoped. Additionally, while the restaurant supports a variety of payment options, a handful of patrons wish for more exclusive discounts during lunch hours to make it even more accessible for regular visits.
Took my mother here for her 97th birthday. I have to say the service was fantastic - understanding, attentive and delivered with good humour - and made our evening. The food was delicious too. A truly memorable night - thank you to everyone at Taste of China.
Been here a few times now. It's very nice food and atmosphere
Great food Best take away we travel to collect 👍🏻
Great food, friendly service. Had the gourmet set meal. So much we couldn't get through it . Will come back and try again
Very very nice. Ordered 16.50 arrived 17.25. Special Fried Rice, Chicken Chow mein and S&S Prawn balls. Food was hot and portions big, lots of sauce and the taste was of China, it was excellent and not greasy as some can be. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Food and service was excellent, we had the set menu, which catered for all our tastes. So glad we gave the restaurant a try
We were invited by friends to join them at The Taste of China. Had heard reports that food was not as good as in the past but friends reassured us saying recent reports had been good. We had not been to a Chinese restaurant for over two years. I can only say the meal surpassed our expectations. The food was excellent, hot and the service was good. Will definitely be returning. Such a change from the invasion of Turkish restaurants in Hoddesdon and Broxbourne
